1. Our Contract
These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of goods sold by Hiroboy to the customer named on the order form provided on the hiroboy.com website. Together with the completed order form, these Terms and Conditions constitute the entire and only agreement between us in relation thereto. Our acceptance of your order by delivery of the goods constitutes a legally binding contract between us on these terms and conditions.
2. Price and Payment
2.1 The price payable for the goods you order is as set out on our website at the time you place your, where pricing errors have been made they will be notified to you and you have the option to either cancel your order or accept the correct price, plus any charges for carriage set out in the order form.
2.2 We must receive payment for the whole of the price of the goods you order, and any applicable charges for carriage and insurance, before your order can be accepted unless we have agreed otherwise in advance in writing.
2.3 The website quotes the price of the goods in various currencies (US Dollars, Euros etc.) this is a guide only, All Credit/Debit Card and Paypal Payments are charged in Pounds Sterling at an exchange rate set out by the acquiring banks.
2.4 We only accept Payments in Pounds Sterling. Orders and Payment sent in other currencies will be canceled and/or returned

3. Delivery & Title
Unless you tell us you wish to collect the goods, we will deliver them in accordance with your order. A valid signature maybe required on collection or delivery. Immediately prior to despatch of the goods to you, title in the goods will pass to you. In the unlikely event that you have not received all the goods within 21 days (UK) and 30 day (Worldwide) of the date of delivery you must notify us immediately. Detailed information about Shipping, missing orders, etc can be found in the Help Section which also forms part of these Terms and Conditions
4. Sending Prohibited Goods (Paints, Thinners, Flammable Liquids etc)
It is the Purchasers responsibility to check with your local Postal Operator to confirm if any items being purchased are classed as Prohibited Goods (Paints, Thinners, Flammable Liquids etc) within your country. If you have purchased an item/s which is classed as Prohibited Goods and it is not delivered, we can NOT offer refunds. If the item/s are returned to Hiroboy.com for this reason, we will refund the value of the items returned minus any shipping/packing cost.
All of our products listed are held in stock, whilst we endeavour to ensure sufficient stock is held to meet all orders in a timely manner, if we have insufficient stock (due to stock taking errors) to supply or deliver the goods ordered and paid for by you, we may, at our discretion, supply or deliver a substituted product or refund you the price paid for such goods as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days.
6. Cancellation & Returns
6.1 You may cancel your order by giving us notice of cancellation within 7 days of the date of collection or delivery. Such notice may be given by mailing or emailing to the number or address set out on the order form. If you are canceling because of any problem with the goods, please notify us of the problem at the time of cancellation.
6.2 On cancellation, you must return the goods to us at your cost unless the goods are being returned because they are faulty on arrival, incorrect goods or because of unsuitable substitution by us, in which case we will meet the cost of return but we ask that you allow us to nominate the carrier, or for us or our suppliers to collect the goods.
6.3 Any order placed that has been correctly supplied by Hiroboy.com and is subsequently not required can be returned to us unused, subject to a restocking fee of 20% less the initial shipping/packing costs. The cost of return carriage/shipping must be paid by the customer.
6.4 Special Order items and Kits Any item we have listed as Special Order can not be returned for a refund. On ordering those items, we order they especially on your behalf from the manufacture and therefore are not returnable
If you have notified us of a problem with the goods, we will either make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question. We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor is it intended to exclude our liability to you for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
We may suspend further supply or delivery, stop any goods in transit or terminate our contract by notice in writing to you if you are in breach of an obligation hereunder or you become unable to pay your debts when they fall due or proceedings are commenced by or against you alleging bankruptcy or insolvency. Upon termination, your indebtedness to us becomes immediately due and payable and we shall be under no further obligation to supply goods to you.
9. Force Majeure
We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to goods supplied or delivered hereunder that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control (including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes).
If any part of these conditions is invalid, illegal or unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the validity, legality or enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected. This contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law.
11. Age Requirements for Specific Goods.
Where the law requires a minimum age limit for the purchase of specific goods, you confirm that you are over the required age limit and that delivery will be accepted by a person over the required age limit.
Everything on this site, from the photographs and graphics to the text of these terms, is either owned by us or used by us with someone else's permission. By using our site, you will not obtain any rights in any of the materials on our site. While your welcome to view the site and print hard copies of anything on it for your own personal use, you are not allowed to copy or use anything on our site for any other purpose, such as any business or commercial use. In addition, you are not allowed to modify, distribute or re-post anything on our site for any purpose at all unless we tell you otherwise. We also include trade marks and logos of third parties. We have used these marks for the purpose of identifying a particular product as that of its owner..
13. Customs, Duties and Taxes for shipments outside the UK
If the country your order is being delivered is outside the United Kingdom then any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering on Hiroboy.com for international delivery, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Customs offices in some countries require the importer of record to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a parcel. As the importer of record, you may be required to provide the recipient's identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID. You can include this at the checkout page. If the destination country requires this information, you'll have the option to include it here.
The prices of the articles are nevertheless shown in the customs form and invoices which by law is required to be submitted. We are unable to describe the content in any other way or change the values.
If you receive the order, refuse to pay these charges and the order is returned to Hiroboy.com section 6 of our Terms & Conditions will apply along with any additional charges incurred in the return.
